About
Built for adjusting days.
Most practice software was designed for a long, one-off consultation and adapted to chiropractic afterwards. You feel that adaptation every day.
Your day is not a GP's day. Visits are short and there are a lot of them. The same patients come back twice a week for six weeks and then stop. The paperwork has to say the right thing in the right way, every time, because months later it might be the only thing standing between you and a clawback.
Software built for a longer, one-off appointment can be made to cope with that. It just makes you do the coping. You end up running three systems that do not talk to each other, a note template you had to fight into shape, and a rejected claim that tells youCO-97 and leaves you to work out what that means on a Friday afternoon.
What we wanted it to feel like
Like the day moves by itself. Check a patient in and their note is already open. Sign it and the billing is drawn up with the codes on it. Nothing entered twice, nothing waiting for someone to remember it.
Like you can leave on time. The single biggest thing we could give a chiropractor back is the hour after the last patient. So the note is written up while you work, in your own template, and the only thing left is to read it and sign.
Like nothing is quietly going wrong. Money owed, claims stuck, patients who drifted off their plan — the things that quietly cost a practice its year should be visible without going looking for them.
A lot of care went into the parts you should never have to think about: that two people cannot book the same slot from two computers, that a signed note cannot be altered behind your back, that your records are yours alone. You will not find any of that on the rest of this site, because if we have done it properly you will never notice it. If you would like to, it is on the security page.
Where we are
We are bringing practices on a few at a time rather than opening a signup form, because setup is where most software relationships are won or lost. Doing it alongside you is also the only reliable way to find out what we have got wrong. If you would like a hand in shaping it, that is what thedesign partner programme is for.
Questions, disagreements, or something you think we have plain wrong —[email protected] reaches a person, and you will get a straight answer.
