No. The price is per practice. Adding an associate does not change your bill, which is deliberate — software pricing should not be the reason you hesitate to hire.
The price you join at is locked for 24 months from your start date. If we raise list pricing inside that window, you are not affected by it.
We invoice your practice directly, monthly or annually. Annual billing takes 15 percent off the monthly equivalent.
No minimum term and no cancellation fee. If you leave, we export your data in a portable format and delete it on request.
