These terms apply to chiroflow.io. They are about browsing this site and using its forms.
Use of the ChiroFlow application is governed by a customer agreement and a business associate agreement, both signed before your practice is set up. Where those documents and this page disagree about the application, those documents win.
Using this site
You may read, share and link to anything here. Please do not:
- Submit other people's details to our forms without their knowledge
- Attempt to interfere with the site or the systems behind it
- Scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else
What is on these pages
The site describes ChiroFlow and what it does. Descriptions here are for information, not a contractual specification: what your practice is entitled to is set out in your customer agreement. Pricing shown here is current at the date on this page and may change before you sign anything — the price you are quoted at signup is the price that binds.
Joining the waitlist
Joining the waitlist or applying as a design partner is not a purchase and does not create an obligation on either side. You owe nothing, and we do not commit to a date. We reply to everyone, including where the answer is that it is not a fit yet.
Our content
The words, design and code of this site belong to ChiroFlow, Inc. The ChiroFlow name and mark are ours. Quoting a passage with attribution is fine; republishing the site or presenting it as your own is not.
Any product names belonging to other companies that appear on this site remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement in either direction.
Availability
We keep this site up but do not guarantee it is always reachable or always free of error. It is provided as-is. Nothing here is clinical, legal, billing or coding advice — coding and documentation decisions in your practice remain yours.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ChiroFlow, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for anything that cannot legally be limited, including fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
