The problem
Three systems that do not talk to each other?
ChiroFlow
One login, and the day flows through it. Check a patient in and their note opens. Sign the note and the billing is ready. Nothing gets typed in twice.

Everything your practice runs on, in one place that was built for adjusting days — so the schedule fills itself, the notes are done before you leave, and you know what you are owed.
Built for chiropractic, not adapted to it
Why ChiroFlow
Most practice software was designed for a long consultation and adapted afterwards. Yours is short visits, the same faces twice a week, and paperwork that has to be right. This was built for that.

The problem
Still writing up this morning at nine at night?
ChiroFlow
The visit is written up as you work, in your own words and your own template. Read it, sign it, and go home. The evenings are yours again.
The problem
Money sitting with insurers and nobody chasing it?
ChiroFlow
See exactly what is owed, how long it has been waiting, and who is slow to pay. When something is rejected, you are told what to do about it in a sentence.
How it works
Not a set of tools you have to remember to use. Each part picks up where the last one left off, so the practice keeps moving whether or not anyone is driving it.
Note capture
Start recording when the visit starts and stop when it ends. What was said comes back as suggested wording for each part of the note, in your template — you read it, keep what is right, and sign.
How it worksCharting
Tap the levels you worked on and mark what you found. Your own templates, your own phrasing, and the last visit open beside the new one so you are never hunting back through the chart.
How it worksNew patients
Patients book from your own site whenever it suits them, then fill in their paperwork on their phone before the first visit. It lands on the chart, so nobody at your desk types anything.

Patient app
Assign exercises and a programme with video, so patients know what they are doing at home. They check in daily; you see how the fortnight actually went before you walk into the room.

Payments
Charges, payments and balances that keep themselves straight, and payment plans that let a patient say yes to the care they need.
How it worksInsurance
Coverage checked before the visit, claims filed the moment the note is signed, and payment tracked all the way to your account.
How it worksEverything included
No starter tier with the useful parts held back. What changes between plans is how many providers and locations you run — never what you are allowed to do.

We take on a handful of practices at a time, set them up ourselves, and build around what they actually run into. It is a trade, so here are both halves of it.

What we ask
Questions
Including the awkward ones. If something here is not answered, email [email protected] and we will answer it and then add it.
Join the waitlist and we will get in touch to set your practice up. We onboard practices in small groups so that configuration, data import and training happen with a person rather than through a help article.
Yes, before any patient data goes in, without exception, and on every plan. If you want the detail on how records are protected, the security page sets it out plainly rather than hiding behind the phrase "bank-level security".
Yes. Patients, appointments, balances and clinical history come across, and we do the import with you rather than handing you a CSV template. How much clinical detail survives depends on what your current vendor will export, so we scope that with you before you commit to a date.
No. The price is per practice, so adding an associate does not change your bill. That is deliberate — software pricing should not be the reason you hesitate to hire.
Yes, and it takes about a minute to set up. Your front desk, your billing person and your associates each get the view that fits their job, so nobody has to be trusted with more than they need. You can change it any time as people join or move roles.
You export it in a portable format and we delete it on request. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee, so staying is a decision you make every month rather than one you made once.
Ready when you are
