Growth

Fill the schedule with people who already trust you.

Every practice has a list of people who stopped coming and meant to come back. Almost nobody has time to work it.

Campaigns go out to the groups worth going after: patients who stopped halfway through a plan, anybody you have not seen in six months, people due a re-evaluation, and the ones who finished their course of care and have not heard from you since. They already know you and they already trusted you once, which makes them the cheapest appointments you will ever fill.

Referrals run on the same principle. A patient recommends you, their friend gets a reason to come in, and the patient gets something back for it — you decide what, on both sides.

And when a course of care finishes well, that is the moment to ask for a review. Not a blanket request to everybody, but a specific ask at the point somebody has just got their life back.
