Patient app
You see a patient for fifteen minutes twice a week. What happens in the other hundred and sixty-seven hours decides whether they get better.

“Felt a twinge on Saturday lifting the dog, settled by Sunday.”
Check-in, day 9
Assign exercises and a long-term programme from a library of protocols, adjusted for the patient without leaving the note you are already writing. They arrive on the patient’s phone with video, so they are doing the movement properly rather than guessing from a photocopied sheet.
Each day the patient checks in. How the pain is, whether they did their exercises, whether they are sleeping and working normally, and anything they want to tell you — a twinge on Saturday, a bad night, a day they felt like themselves again.
All of it is waiting on their chart as a trend you glance at before you open the door. You walk into the visit already knowing how the fortnight went, which means you spend it treating rather than reconstructing.
